A: Yes we do, after all it’s an excuse for us to leave our desks and meet you lovely folks! We are open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We do ask that you call ahead so we can make sure you don’t arrive in the middle of us loading up tour gear and we can devote some time just for you. Q: Can I come to the actual label and buy things from Righteous Babe?

Q: What is this Babeville you keep talking about?
A: Ani and her manager Scot Fisher saved a giant old church and renovated it into a beautiful venue/art gallery/record label space which is called Babeville. To learn all about it check out the website
A: We do not have a street team but if you are interested in spreading the love for Ani or any of our other artists the best way is through social networking, just sharing, posting and tweeting about our artists really helps out.
A: No, we are not currently hiring but thank you so much for thinking of us.

A: Yes, you can send us your album. In fact we will never say no to getting mail from creative people because it’s awesome! However before you send us your work let’s be upfront. Righteous Babe does not have an A&R department. When you send us an album it goes into a box and people around the label listen to it at their leisure. If you send us your music and we love it -we will get in touch with you. Please do not follow up on what we think of what you sent- we are a small label and we have a lot of things to do so although we would love to give feedback we are just too busy. Also please note we have never signed a band based on a demo. The best way to get signed to RBR is to go out and play live shows, establish a fan base, and create a stir.

Q: How do I start a record label?
A: There are plenty of great “how to’s” out there, try looking on the internet or your local bookstore. With us it was a lot of trial and error. Best of luck!
Q: Will Ani ……sing me happy birthday, play my favorite song, give my fiancé a shout out, tap dance while reciting the declaration of independence, etc…..at her next show?
A: Ani has worked very hard to keep her creative freedom which is why we never ask her to do anything at her shows. When you see Ani perform she is playing the songs she personally chose and talking about what she feels like talking about. So although we would like to hear Ani cover “Little Red Corvette” as much as the next person we will never ask her to do it, however we do hope you will still enjoy the show!
Q: I had a gift card on your old site and now it won't work with the new site??!!
A: We have done our best to send new giftcard codes to anyone with a active gift card? If we missed you than please let us know by emailing us at store(at)righteousbabe.com and we will send you a new code. please make sure to give us an order name.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: The web program we are using does not curremtly allow gift cards as an product option but while we work on this if you would like to order a gift card please email store (at) righteousbabe.com and we will work it out. Thanks!
Q: Can I order over the phone?
Yes, if you prefer to place your order by telephone: please contact us toll free at: 1-800-onherown
(1-800-664- 3769), Monday - Friday between [10AM - 5PM EST]. Please note you must have a credit card to order over the phone.
Q: Can I order by mail?
If you prefer to place your order via mail: please send us a note with your name, address, phone number, email address, the items you would like to order, and a check (US only), money order (must be in US FUNDS), or credit card number to cover the cost of the order, shipping, and sales tax (NYS residents only). To figure out shipping you can either call 1-800-onherown (1-800-664-3769) Monday-Friday 10am-5pm eastern and ask for the shipping cost or you can put your order into the website and it will give you the shipping cost before asking for you to put in all your payment info.
Please allow ample time for your mail order to be delivered to our office and processed.
Q: How are your orders processed?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Sometimes we will run into an issue where we have to go to a different warehouse to get items or our store babe will need a day off but all orders are sent out within 4 business days. We offer same day shipping for Overnight/Next Day orders placed by 1PM Monday - Friday. You must call 1-800-onherown (1- 800 -664-3769) to request Overnight / Next Day delivery, additional shipping prices will apply.
Overnight/Next-Day shipping is unavailable for International Orders. International orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
Please keep in mind that Righteous Babe Records is a small company doing its own shipping, we are not Amazon. We only ship things out Monday-Friday from 10-5pm Eastern. If you order something on Friday and you need it by Monday or Tuesday you should probably call first and arrange special shipping.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A credit card is necessary to place orders over the Internet and by phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Mail orders can be paid by check, money order, or credit card. International mail orders must use an International Money Order made out in US funds (or use a credit card). Please do not send cash.
Q: How are international orders sent?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Due to international customs, your package may be delayed. With heightened security on packages crossing borders, delays exceeding one month are not uncommon. Please allow ample delivery time for orders being shipped overseas. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. We will not reship international orders until 6 weeks after the original order date. We are not trying to be mean but often times we will reship an order only to find out the next week that it finally reached its destination- customs is slow and shipping is expensive so we like to play it safe.
